ABOUT US
My name is Kurt Kocher and I started farming full-time in 1978. I am a a fourth generation farmer. Our Farm Bureau Century Farm is located in Cloud County near Glasco, KS. We have diversified farm on which we grow corn, beans, milo and wheat. I also have a cattle herd and enjoy working with livestock. At Kocher Farms we are able to provide many services which include metal casting, cast welding, machine shop work and fabrications.
I am involved with numerous civic organizations, including serving on the boards of Cloud County Farm Bureau, Cloud County Coop, Cloud County Rural Water District, Cloud Corp, Central Nation Bank, Concordia 1st United Methodist Church Trustees, and also serve as treasurer for the Lyon Township.
My wife Cindy and I have two sons, Kenton & Tyler. We enjoy our farm life, but love taking our yearly vacations.
